Volunteer Application

I hereby apply to donate my time to Thin Blue Line (TBL), a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity with Tax ID 26-0215456. This application is for participation in TBL's programs and activities aimed at honoring fallen heroes in the law enforcement field. As a volunteer, I understand TBL does not charge recipients and does not receive compensation for its services.

Thin Blue Line Initiative

TBL expresses gratitude to law enforcement through the "Hero’s Among Us Service Recognition" initiative. This three-part program honors fallen officers and current and past law enforcement service, aiming to educate the public on the significance of the Thin Blue Line.

Volunteer Agreement Terms

  • I acknowledge that my volunteer services for TBL are unpaid.
  • I affirm I am 18 years or older and medically fit to install memorial flags.
  • I have no history of violence or criminal convictions.
  • I release TBL from liability for any injuries during my participation.
  • I consent to the use of my media content in connection with TBL activities.
  • I agree to uphold the privacy of TBL recipients and their families.
  • I commit not to initiate any claim against TBL resulting from my volunteer service.
